All major day tour companies run daily buses to Phillip Island from Melbourne.
by car Phillip Island is within 90 minutes drive from Melbourne. Take the South Eastern Arterial (M1) turning off at the South Gippsland Highway (M420). Follow to the Bass Highway (A420) which will take you to San Remo. At San Remo, cross the bridge and follow the signs to the Park of your choice.
