Living on Phillip Island? Why not take advantage! PINP are offering all residents of the Bass Coast Shire unlimited access to all of PINPs attractions. For the cost of just one single 3 Park Pass, the Local Pass entitlesunlimited entry to:

• Penguin Parade (general viewing)
• Koala Conservation Centre 
• Churchill Island – Heritage Farm
• The Nobbies Centre (already free)

All residents who live or own a house in the Bass Coast Shire are entitle to purchase a Local Pass. The pass must only be purchased at any PINP attract, listed above. All persons wanting to purchase a Local Pass must prove their residency within the Bass Coast Shire using the following forms of identification
• Drivers licence
• Photo ID
• Rates Notice
• Utility Bill/receipt

No Concession or family passes available.

Terms & conditions
• This card entitles the card holder to unlimited visits to the Phillip Island Nature Parks for one year
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Card must be signed to gain entry
• Photo ID needs to be presented with the pass to gain entry at all locations
• Upgrade prices apply to other Penguin Viewing Options (other than General) and special events such as the Easter Fun Festival.
